What time does the mall open for walkers?
We open our front doors Mon-Sat. at 8am and Sunday's at 11:30 for walkers to have a climate controlled atmosphere in which to walk.
How many times around equal 1 mile?
If you walk 4 times around the mall, including the movie theater hallway near the mall restrooms, it will be equivalent to 1 mile walked.
How can I find a phone number to one of the stores?
In the white pages of the Area Wide phone book, all stores are listed under Heartland Mall. In the yellow pages, look up "shopping centers" and all stores are listed under Heartland Mall.
What are the mall hours?
Heartland Mall is open from 10-9 Mon-Sat. and 1-5 on Sundays. We do offer extended shopping hours for Tax-Free weekend and the Christmas season. For hours on holidays, please check our hours on the main page.
Can I get discount or early passes to Hollywood Theaters from the Mall business office?

Do you have wheelchairs available?
Yes. They are free and available at Corn Dog 7. Drivers license required to borrow.
Do you have strollers?
Yes. Unfortunately, all but 4 have been stolen. They are available at no charge in front of the mall office.
Do you still have discount tickets to Theme Parks?
Heartland Mall carries Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, Hurricane Harbor and Schlitterbahn tickets at discounted rates from Memoral Day through Labor Day. We do not have Sea World tickets.
Can I promote my business at Heartland Mall?
We do not allow flyers on cars, in the mall, or soliciting of any kind. We would like to visit with you about renting a kiosk or promoting your business through one of busy event weekends. For more information, contact Rhonda Roark at extension 203.
Can I use the mall to have a fund raiser?
Yes. We welcome non-profit groups to use our facility as a venue for any charitable purpose. Please call us for more information and restrictions.
I have a product that I think I would like to sell. How can I go about doing that at the mall?
We offer several options for entepreneurs to try their hand at business or to take an established business to gain a new customer base. We have daily, weekly, weekend rates and more. Please call us for more information.
Can I get gift certificates for any store in the mall?
Gift Certificates make wonderful gifts and are available at the business office. They are good for any store, restaurant and movie theater within Heartland Mall. We do not accept credit cards.
